Student leaders have been appointed in many subject areas/Clusters. They have applied for these positions usually through letters of application and been appointed on merit. Our leaders play a very valuable role and are ambassadors for their subject area.
Student leaders regularly attend meetings and provide valuable constructive feedback to staff. We really value their contribution. Student leaders have been involved in student voice panels when appointing new members of staff.
Other activities they have taken part in include:
1) Mentoring younger students.
2) Helping at open evenings including 6th form.
3) Helping with Primary school liaison.
4) Organising displays in departments.
5) Development of FROG.
