A new site for accessing all aspects of E-safety issues has been set up at www.wes.networcs.net for use by students, parents and carers. It has lots of information regarding how to keep safe, what can go wrong, and how to go about reporting or getting help if you have problems online.
For students we also have fully trained CyberMentors available to talk to face-to-face in school if required. More details and other information on e-safety are available from school.
CyberMentors is a national beat bullying initiative where young people help and support each other online. It doesn’t matter how big or small a problem is, or whether it’s online or offline, CyberMentors are there to listen and support. The CyberMentors website can be accessed via this link www.cybermentors.org.uk
